Hoka

This project was a product-focused video campaign created in collaboration with two leading Irish running retailers — The Run Hub and Local Motion — showcasing a range of HOKA running shoes.

The creative approach was built around contrast and context.

We began by filming each shoe in our studio against bold, colourful backdrops. The clean lighting and graphic colour choices were designed to immediately draw the eye, isolate the product, and highlight key details — cushioning, sole geometry, materials, and silhouette. This stage created highly controlled, punchy visuals ideal for social-first use and product-led storytelling.

From there, we took the same shoes outdoors, placing them in real running environments that reflected how they’re actually used — urban streets, park paths, and trail settings around Dublin and Ennis. These sequences grounded the products in reality, showing performance, movement, and lifestyle, while reinforcing the connection between the shoe, the runner, and the local running community.

The final videos were designed to be:

  • Visually striking in-feed

  • Clear and product-led

  • Flexible across social, web, and in-store displays

By combining studio precision with real-world motion, the campaign helped both retailers showcase HOKA footwear in a way that felt premium, energetic, and authentic to Irish runners.

If you want, I can tighten this further for a shorter website version, rewrite it in a more commercial tone, or adapt it into case-study bullets with outcomes and deliverables.
